How long have you been in business? 

Senior Care Advocate has been operating since 2012, proudly maintaining our status as
a local entity and intending to continue as such. Our founder and owner, Medical Social Worker Mary Leeds, leads the organization. It's important to note that Senior Care Advocate is entirely managed within the Hampton Roads area and is not overseen
by external parties.

Does Insurance cover your services?

While we do not directly accept insurance for our services, we are more than willing to furnish the required documentation for your long-term care insurance if you make such a request. It's essential to understand that we function as a private case management, caregiver and companion company, and our primary payment method is through private pay. Please remember that our services do not replace the care offered by your medical professionals and skilled home care providers, as insurance coverage does not extend to our offerings.
